In this paper, the experimental setup of a blue - green laser suitable for Marine LIDAR applications is discussed, which is designed and fabricated based on the second, third and fourth harmonics of Nd:YAG laser. Today, bathymetry and detection of objects under the water surface with the help of LIDAR systems are needed in various research and military fields. To produce green-blue laser radiation, here a combination of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser with an oscillator - amplifier structure along with nonlinear crystals KTP, DKDP and KDP is used to generate wavelengths of 532, 355 and 266 nm, respectively. With the pump pulse energy of 1.1 J, the maximum energy of 700, 220 and 65 mJ was obtained in the second, third and fourth harmonics of the Nd:YAG laser. The optical - to - optical conversion efficiency at wavelengths of 532, 355 and 266 nm is 64, 20 and 9%, respectively.
